Kitchen units and countertops ordered. LED lighting selected and ordered. All smart home systems ordered. Elevator (Kleeman) ordered. 7th floor metal structure ordered.
Bathroom fixtures and fittings selection is the final outstanding decision. We will be scheduling a meeting with you shortly to finalize. This is on the critical path for your May handover.
Interior paint colours to be selected at the bathroom fixtures meeting. We will present options at that session to keep your schedule on track.
A dedicated EV charging station is included in your unit scope, being installed in the basement parking area. Target completion: end of March.
All smart home systems have been ordered. Prior to move-in we will schedule a personal configuration session with you to set up your preferences, access controls, and automations.
